    Water heater

    I’m so disappointed with the service. I had my water heater installed wrong (was blowing cold air) on Tuesday and Wednesday the guys came to reinstall it the correct way. However they left my pipes leaking. They changed my old pipes in my ceiling but left 25+ old pipes attached to a brand new water heater. I called enercare to have it fixed and when the technician came he said it was a plumbing issue, however he agreed the technicians who installed it should have replaced the pipes. My pipes weren’t leaking before. Their service is ghetto. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to be honest. I wish they were just honest and upfront to begin with. I’m extremely frustrated and to be honest wish I didn’t agree to the installation. Every technician they send is useless and or clueless and in a rush to leave. Oh I forgot they haven’t even installed my A/C and humidifier because they didn’t clearly account for it in the order. I’m sooooooooooooo exhausted dealing with this company.

    Istallation of New Furnace and new AC unit

    Great job by Daryl B and Yaro K. They called before they arrived, came on time, spent time to explain what they were going to do, and went about their job in a clean, professional, amicable, way. They cleaned up, after they finished and left the site, after removing all debris. Thanks, guys.

    Locked into services

    When you sign up to Enercare's promotional services or products, you are LOCKED in. They don't tell you until you need to cancel your services ! I have tried for 3 months to get a resolution and just get told someone will resolve ! Don't trust them.

    furnace

    Have furnace protection plan with enecare. My furnace was giving noise, called Enecare, technician was very professional, next day he brought the parts, fixed it. I have peace of mind if something goes wrong they come promptly to take care of it and I dealing with a company that I trust. They did $600 job in $0.

    Hot water tank

    Hello everyone i just want to let u know i call Enercare for replacement for hot water tank. There were 2 gentlemen who did great job in proper way. They are really helpful and were calm while doing work. They did clean job. I was really happy. There name were (Nicholas T & Nicholas B). Thanks guys

    Furnace maintenance

    This was a scheduled maintenance. Grant Harris was on time and knowledgeable. Took extra time explaining condition of furnace, addressing deficiencies and advising on next steps and options. Sourced and explained reason for miscommunication between thermostat and furnace. Much appreciated.

    Furnace breakdown

    In the midst of a terrible cold snap my furnace decided to stop working on a Friday evening. Called Enercare early on Sat morning and was advised no techs available that day due to heavy demand and scheduled me for first thing Monday morning but would try as best they could to get someone out earlier. Sunday afternoon the phone rang and was advised a tech was available soon. Around dinner on Sunday the tech arrived, diagnosed the problem in minutes, swapped out the parts and had the furnace back up and running in half an hour. Hats off to Enercare for going the extra bit to help a service plan customer in need.

    Service for furnace

    Paid for a monthly fee for furnace Service, when my furnace broke they could not come out to fix until the next evening! What was I paying for then??? Had to hire a different company to fix my broken furnace and enercare refused to cover any of that cost! Shame on enercare for taking money & not providing Service! Now they have over charged me $400 and NO ONE will help solve this issue!!!! Can't speak to a manager on the phone as they say there are none available and my 6 emails have yet to receive even 1 response. Really really disgusted!
