Terrible billing and customer service
I have been with Enercare since they took over from Direct Energy nice they took over from Direct Energy which was a much better company!!
Since Enercare has taken over they have screwed up my bill several times. No show for two appointments. They give you a four hour window and say someone will call you prior to showing up. One furnace maintenance appointment I got no call and the guy showed up at my rental property and saw the for lease sign and left. The next appointment I got no call and no show. I have spent hours on the phone, on hold for unreasonable lengths of time waiting for them to find my account, managers don't call back. Unfulfilled promises. Most of the contractors that work for them are professional when they show up and the receptionist are very polite but in the dark with what is happening in the back office which is where the big mess is. I just found out that they have more then on company that generates their bills and that is why they can never get their bills right . Today I have been on the phone for 40 minutes why they look for my account that I just paid! They just put me on hold again 50.09 mins and holding
