    Buy Out of 2 Water Tanks

    Buy out 2 water tank on Feb 6/17, today is July 19/17 and Enercare is stilling billing me for 1 of the tank. Called them monthly to fix the issue and instead of removed the water tank bill, they added an additional protection plan to my bill. Spoke to customer service and even Supervisor and still billing is inccorect, I NEED HELP!!!!

    Plan protection

    Enercare is the worst company I have dealt with. I got a plan that I didn't ask for and I called to cancel and it has been over four months and they still are charging me. When I called I was put on hold for an hour. They then say it is cancelled but the following month the new bill arrives but the plan is not cancelled and I have to deal with enercare again and go through whole process again. Which part of cancel or I don't want the service anymore do they not understand.

    AC and furnace

    Mr Abuzar Jamal who attended for the estimation is a very professional person, he carefully went through every minute detail and made an excellent offer. We are pleased with the work carried out.

    gas hot water tank installation

    Very professional& thorough. Awesome staff & technicians.....Made the process very simple which made me very confident that I had chosen a great company..answered all question & concerns. I would highly recommend this company for purchasing or rental * installation of any product they offer!!A pleasure to deal with.

    service rental hot water tank and more

    Moved to a new home in Milton last week and realized the hot water tank was not providing hot water. Called Enercare to start monthly rental and had service come on Saturday. Louis Rega was the Enercare technician who called me first to let me know he would be there at 2 pm from the time window of 2 -6 pm provided by Enercare customer service. Glad he was early. Louis was very experienced, polite and quick to resolve problems. At first, the service call was simply finding out why the hot water tank was not producing hot water to the house. It was quickly realized that the gas valve was shut off by the previous owner. It was more than that, when Louis smelled some gas once the gas valve was turned on and decided to remove the whole gas line, clean and refit to tighten. He also ran an entire gas check of the house starting from the outside metre to check if there was gas being consumed when all gas appliances where turned off including gas fireplace, and gas stove to check other possible gas leaks. He was very thorough in his job and what ended up as simply turning on the gas valve, ended up completing a full house gas diagnostic. So glad he came and his experience really paid off to discover only the gas line to the hot water tank was the only issue which he quickly resolved. All at no cost as part of the monthly rental charges. Great Job Lous!

    Kitchen sink needed plumber

    I have a protection plan which I did not know was based on a Annual contract? The Customer Care guy who took care of my Ref # 26656361 was arrogant and no empathy for the issue I had and the terrible plumber they sent me after a few days. I had to spend another $ 250 to get a private plumber to take care of my issue. The Customer Care guy tried to give me a discount of 20% for my experience but wanted me to sign for another year to get this? Very disappointed and disgusted. Cannot wait till January to cancel with them.

    New Air Conditioner

    It was time for our yearly maintenance on our air conditioner. We called Enercare. Unfortunately, after 21 years our poor air conditioner had given up. A few days later Greg Munshaw came to our home and was instrumental in helping us pick a new air conditioner as well as getting us an installation date just 3 days later which just happened to be a few days before the heat wave. Enercare's customer service, from the people on the phone, to the person who tried to help with the maintenance, to Greg Munshaw and finally the installers, the whole process was extremely easy and hassle free. Everyone at Enercare is dedicated to helping customers and I would recommend them to anyone.

    Furnace and air conditioner rental installation

    I have never I have never had such amazing customer service then I did with Rick Bittorf who was the technical advisor installing my air conditioner and furnace yesterday. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable. He put my mind at ease with all the problems I was previously having with my units. If you have the choice and are able to have whichever installer you would like, I would absolutely recommend Rick Bittorf without hesitation... He knows his stuff including A1 customer service! recommend Rick Bittorf...

    New Air Conditioner installation

    After yet another season of turning on our AC and having issues we knew we needed a new one. We called Enercare and Brian Thorpe was by to see us within a few hours. He examined our old unit, gave us some honest and helpful feedback and laid out all of our options for us. He made it easy for us to move forward on a rental unit and installation and booked our install for us. We had everything done within a week and couldn't be happier with the service from each Enercare employee we had contact with. Would highly recommend!
