I moved out of my student apartment with Enercare water heater rental over a year ago (closed the account, informed customer service that a new student would be coming in etc.). However, I have received two bills since then, the first 10 months after moving out and the second 13 months after. Called to deal with this after the first bill - said it was taken care of, obviously was not.
Additionally, there is no explanation to accompany the charges. When I call CS, I get no real explanation and each call takes 40+ minutes as every question I ask, I am put on hold and receive no actual answer in the end anyway. Now I owe a $75 cancellation fee, which was (of course) not mentioned when I actually called to cancel my account a month prior to my departure. Classy. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend.
