    Service

    The booking person and the service person were friendly, efficient and helpful to me in finding a suitable time. The work was quickly, cleanly and thoroughly completed. I am happy with service I received.

    Hot Water Tank Removal and Installation

    Prompt, professional, friendly service. We received detailed information on both the existing and new hot water tank. The technicians were meticulous and the installation was smooth. Care was taken to protect floor surfaces. They also installed a new shut-off valve for the tank. As we were considering replacing our furnace, the technicians provided general information and set up the appointment with a consultant for us.

    Replacement of rental water heater

    Was very happy with the service provided by your installer and the level of professionalism displayed (took great care to lay out carpet runners along the entire path from the front door to the location of the water heater).

    Furnace protection plan

    This company is WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH, I started a protection plan at $8 per month. they increased the amount to $18 per month and refused to cancel my plan. The plan was put on automatic renewal and I had to call on a specific day to stop the renewal!!! When I was late by a week in the payment, a robot called multiple times a day from the collections department, they have a huge collections department ( Says a lot of that company!!) But when I asked to have a supervisor call, I got one call and a message and I could not call this person back and no other calls. Even after I thought I had cancelled the plan, it was still active and kept getting robotic calls multiple times a day. The staff are rude and inconsiderate and unhelpful NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AS CAN YOU IMAGINE IF I REALLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY FURNACE

    work done

    thank you to Vincenzo and Simon. they did a really great job by installing a furnace and ac unit. they never left a mess behind they cleaned everything up after them. ask for them to do your work they are great.

    Replace hot water tank

    I would like to say thank you to Phil and James who was truly professional with replacing the hot water tank. They explained procedure in which I was truly grateful and taken great care in removing and replacing the tank. The job took one hour. A very happy customer and would recommend Enercare to friends and family.

    Furnance and A/C replacement

    The sales rep Ken was awesome. He allowed me time to review my options, he wasn't pushy, he was considerate and respectable. He was very knowledgeable on the products and services offered. Vince R. along with his crew was very knowledgeable and customer focus when they came in to replace my furnace. The overall experience was excellent. .A+ service

    Rental hot water heater maintenance

    Very impressed so far. Very upbeat phone representatives. The appointment was for between 1 and 5pm and not long after I hung up from making the appointment the technician phoned to say he was nearly here. The phone reps and the technician were well informed and talking with them was a pleasure. The technician looked at the tank and told us exactly what was wrong and how long it would take to fix. We signed up for the maintenance plans, so hopefully our experience with them will be just as good!!

    Dissatisfied over the return of a rental water heater.

    Called Enercare this afternoon to discontinue our water tank rental - I expected that there would be cost involved BUT they want me to buy it out - it is four years old - they are charging me 692.00 + hst?!?!?! In effect they are turning my rental into a purchase and charging me 3X the cost of a brand new one...they have no finite terms in their rental contract - you don't own it after say ten years .... you just keep renting forever I guess - no thank you - I will never deal with this company again EVER

    new furnace

    Great service, great attention from sales people, clear and to the point, knowledgable,caring, friendly. Installation crew, exceptional. We have been dealing with Enercare for several years and will happily continue to do so.
