    Furnace Issue

    I was extremely pleased with the service man who came to my home, Jim Mitchell...Jim as been here before and he always goes out of his way to explain everything to me. When Jim was here the noise I heard intermittently didn't happen but he waited and started the furnace several times. Jim told me if it happens again to call...he a very kind & considerate man!

    Poor Customer Service

    It started with a gas leak from the main line that of course the EXPENSIVE maintenance plan did not cover. (dad was suckered into this plan on a brand new furnace an AC). The gas (no heat or hot water )was shut off for almost 36 hours. First tech was a plumber for a gas leak? then the next tech wanted nothing to do with us and told us everything in the house was illegal, then the third guy had to go "home" for parts, he did do a great fast job though when finally prepared for the job. A one hour job took more than 8 hours to complete. Each time a tech came they could not call because the dispatcher did not update our phone number as requested. We were advised we would get 15% off for using an enercare rep for work not covered under the maintenance plan.... I have called 5 times about this and even got hung up. I will be sure to pay extra for a different company next time.

    Annual Furnace service

    I'm happy either the service I've received from Enercare-from the technician yesterday He explained in simple words that my furnace had no issues st all I'm happy with the result Thanks

    Terrible products , worst customer service

    Enercare SELLS THE WORST PRODUCTS AND THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE , I bought a brand new Amana Furnace in May,2016 and I paid almost $5K and the furnace got broken 3 times since then , the last time is today , I called the "24/7 CALL SUPPORT " and she told me sorry I can't book you an appointment , the computer does not allow me , and she tried to call the maintenance department and they don't answer the phone , so she asked me to call back tomorrow after 8 am , the house is freezing now and the temperature is going down by the minute . when I asked to talk to a supervisor to file a complaints, she said: THE SUPERVISOR WILL CALL YOU BACK WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS . My advice to everyone : DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE FROM ENERCARE because simply " THEY DON'T CARE".

    enercare

    called to cancel my heating protection plan as i got a new furnace installed, they told me i was not able to cancel my plan with them as it was autorenewed a month ago. There autorenewal policy of a contract should not be legal. They stated management would call me back and they never did. Terrible company will never deal with them again. They also quoted me over $8000 for a new furnace and ended up paying less then $3000

    Water tank heater

    Scot and Troy were very prompt with their appointment and did an excellent job replacing our water tank heater in record time. Keep up the good work you guy do. Thanks

    furnace maintenance check

    Had the guy come out and check the furnace, very pleasant and quick. They call just before they arrive, and because of the weather they cover there shoes up so not to get the dirt on your floors. They explain everything to you and clean your furnace cover out.

    Hot water heater installation

    Enercare and installer Terry Baxter did a great job installing a new hot water heater. They came when they said they would, did a neat and clean installation and answered all my questions. Well done Terry!

    Furnace Repair

    Woke up - no heat - found an old door knocker ad for Enercare - decided to call - The process was so easy from start to finish - a very professional team - Rocco 225963 or (463?) was so great with my 84 year old Dad - easily explained what happened and how to prevent it from happening again - exceptional service - thank you Rocco! My Dad was impressed and we won't hesitate to call "Enercare" in the future.

    Enercare is a terrible company

    Their customer service is terrible. They back charged me over $1000 for a service I never received. And will not refund the money they charged to my gas bill. I have no way to get my money back and I never received any service from them. Beware of this company. They charge your gas bill directly and you can do nothing about it.
