Reply created 13 Mar 2017Hi Susan- It is required that a rental water heater is installed and in working order in every new build home. This would have been outlined in your Purchase of Sales Agreement that you would have agreed to upon purchase of the home. Similar to any contract, there is a penalty for opting out early. If you wish to cancel your services with us, there will be a buyout fee for the remainder of the contract. Please call 1 855-255-5458 if you require any more information. Thank you.
