    Annual air conditioner check up

    We have contracted on an annual basis for any problems or maintenance that requires attention for our air conditioner. We have had complete satisfaction from this company so far; the technicians are very polite & knowledgeable.

    Horrible Customer Service

    Horrible customer service. Disgusting company. Pathetic excuses. Cancelled services in May after selling our home and received a $900 bill in August. We have given you our business for 19 years and did our due diligence by calling and cancelling ALL services. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    Plumbing and Overall Customer Service

    We booked an appointment for a plumber or technician to come in to look at our outdoor garden house and connector. He came, did not leave clear instructions as to what was needed. Then we called the call centre to request for info. (about 10 times). Every time they had no record of this particular service call or that we had called many times. Then today, we called and found out a follow up appointment was made without our knowledge. When we asked them to change the time, customer rep. told us she was unable to and would not even give us the number of the technician so we could book follow up appointment ourselves. Unbelievably horrible service.

    STAN IS THE MAN

    HOT WATER WASN'T WORKING. STAN CAME THE SAME DAY TO FIX IT. HE WAS FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE AND MADE MY MOTHER IN LAW LAUGH. SUCH A GREAT GUY. HE EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO CALL ME AND TALK ME THROUGH EVERYTHING HE DID AT THE HOUSE SINCE I COULDN'T BE THERE WHEN HE WAS. A++

    The service was prompt and the technician was great! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running just right and explained everything we needed to do to keep it that way. Thank you Enercare!

    AC Repair

    Quick and efficient service. I appreciated the honesty and the direct answers without beating around the bush. Other companies tried to tell me it was a waste to repair my unit, that it would cost $1500 and I should buy a new one or rent one - enercare repaired it on the spot with a $30 part and it was free under the coverage policy. Thank you!

    Heating Furnace Maintainence

    I recently signed up for the Enercare Heating & Air conditioning maintenance program at the incredible discount price of $5.28 ea. for a year. Their customer reps was very friendly and patient with my many questions. They did not mind repeating themselves over over again.

    new hot water tank

    We had a gas leak, apparently the old hot water tank was the reason we had a gas leak. The installers that came to my house were very friendly, helpful, told me exactly what needed to be done and took the time to explain everything. As well, they put my mind at ease about where they would be drilling through the house for venting and thinking how it would affect me and where it sat on my deck. Also gave me some helpful tips on how to save energy and info about a new furnace. These installers were amazing

    bathroom renovation

    Matt was very good. He installed a bathroom sink and faucet from Ikea that was kind of tricky (Ikea's pipes are a smaller diameter than what I have coming out of the wall) and a Toto toilet - which is a little different from a regular toilet. He showed up when he said he would, called ahead to let us know when he was coming and the did the job very well. He did a thorough clean up too.

    heating / air-conditioning equipment maintenance

    We arrived home at noon yesterday and discovered the circulation fan on our furnace was trying to start but was just humming. I called for service, fully expecting we would have to wait until the next day for service due to extreme hot weather we've been having but was surprised when told a service representative would come to our home some time between 2 and 6 pm that afternoon. It was a real surprise when the serviceman arrived around 2:30 pm. He proceeded to diagnose the problem and then had the correct fan motor in his truck. He installed the motor and our equipment was running again by 4:30. That was excellent service.
