    Hot Water Tank

    Hydro bill

    This review is very lenient! Horrible customer service, impossible to reach a manager ! They charged me over 600 $ in just fees to reinstate my hydro! They also monitor words for this review! I can't believe how cold they were to me. Be very careful with this company and hidden fees!!!

    Negative Option Billing

    Their negative billing option is illegal and unethical. They send you an email and require you to opt out or they continue billing you. Don't sign up with this company.

    Enercare

    While we have had favourable experiences with service technicians, I would warn everyone to be careful in dealing with the accounting group. We were overcharged on a recent bill by $127 and despite the fact that the money had not yet been deducted from our account, we were advised it would take two full billing cycles to have our account credited. Most people know there us not a system that cannot be overridden but when you have a monopoly you seemingly get to bully your customers. If you are approached to upgrade your protection plan (s) .... which we believe are worth it .... make sure you get IN WRITING promises made. This was our issue.

    plumbing and duct

    Jordan the plumbing tech, look over the situation and came up with a solution. This is the second time Jordan has been here. The first time he installed our new toilets, this time looking into a leak we had with our bathtub, both occasions Jordan is very informative and pleasant. We would recommend him to anyone, and would request his services if needed in the future .

    Plumbing Leak Under Fossit

    I have a plumbing, cooling, and heating, plan with Enercare. I noticed a leak in the pipe coming out of the sink. Worried, I contacted Enercare and asked if they cover leaks. They said, yes. The Plumber arrived, quickly diagnosed it as a rusted out Strainer, and installed a new one. Very happy with the service.

    Service

    Had 2 leaks where the hot tank was and the hose that leads from hot water tank to sink. Technician said that the hot water tank leak was due to a hole so placed glue on it. Said he can't replace the little white hose leading to the sink - have to call a plumber for that. I pay $75/month hot water tank rental and this is the crappy service I received. Same serviceman 2 times in a row. Does nothing

    Furnace service

    I've always cautiously recommended Direct Energy and now Enercare to friends and relatives. I've never really known if the furnace maintenance plan is a good value or not. My last furnace cleaning convinced me it's worth it. I had just developed a water dripping problem from the furnace, air conditioner, humidifier drain tubes. Your service representative not only told me what it likely was he took the extra few minutes and effort to clean out my drain lines and eliminate the problem. It may not seem like much but to a customer who had never experienced a plugged line before he saved the day. I was actually getting water build up around the furnace. I really appreciated his attitude of doing the job right. I will definitely be recommending the Enercare home furnace maintenance plan to friends and relatives and will give this example of the type of service they can expect. Well done!

    HVAC Annual Checkup

    Representatives of Enercare have always looked after the equipment very well. My knowledge is limited to a basic understanding of how the system works. It is reassuring to know that it is operating safely and effectively.

    new home installation of services

    My experience with all your staff from Enercare that came into my new home was very positive and efficient. All the technicians, plumber and sales staff were helpful and diligent about completing their work.
