    Furnace maintenance

    Mr Nima was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Checked everything in detail and explained me everything he was doing and why he was doing it. I would like to have him for future services and also recommend him for anybody else.

    Hot water tank replacement

    Had Enercare come in to replace my water heater that was way overdue. Noah & Tyler extremely polite and professional wit their work ethic. Never thought that good people like that were still around. Fantastic job well done!!

    Stay away

    They charge you months after you have left the service and will not remove you from pre authorized debit services.

    Eco Thermostat Adjustment

    Service was exemplary from start to finish. The technician was able to adjust the eco thermostat to the proper requirements and was able to explain the system and its workings more clearly to me.

    No 24 hour service on furnace boiler duuring winter!!!

    Our high efficienct furnace boiler quit ['after hours', namely 5pm] one winter night. I called Enercare '24 hour' service number at 9:45pm, only to find out that they don't service at night!!! It is the middle of Feb abd we have NO HEAT! The earliest service call is 'between 11 and 3' TOMORROW! We have been an Enercare customer with a service contract since 1987 and paid them a lot of money [and bought this furnace a few years ago from Enercare]. Silly me thinking that the first time we actually need them [besides annual cleaning and maintenance] they FAIL US! wwe have absolutly nothing good to say about this company and we be researching ways to REPLACE THEM. Be warned!

    Furnance Problem Diagnostic

    Enercare staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. He checked the furnace thoroughly and briefly provided me a basic understanding of each major component's functionality. After his diagnostic, he concluded that there isn't any any problems which I raised which gave me a huge relief. (I subscriped Enercare Heating Protection Plan annualy. The said inspection was included in the plan and so there is no charge to me.)

    Hot water tank, pressure check valve and expansion tank

    I lost my hot water pressure and temperature so I called in for a repair or to replace my water tank, the technician showed up and diagnosed the problem and checked out the whole system to be sure that it was the only issue for repair

    Furnace maintenance and protection plan

    I have been using Ben of Enercare for my furnace maintenance and repair for years. Ben is very professional, friendly, always on time, explains the issues and does an exellent job. Highly recommend his service.

    Furnace Water Heater Repair

    Worst service ever, we called to schedule a appointment to repair the water heater issue, the technician came on Sunday 8 am on Feb 4th, 2024, she unintentionally broke a part which caused no heater and no hot water. The parts were ordered on Monday Feb 5th, 2024, and it was supposed to be shipped from 2 two different places as in total there were 5 parts needed, some parts from Scarborough area where we live, supposedly should have arrived on Tuesday and some from Quebec to be arrived on Wednesday. It has already passed 8 days without heater and hot water in Toronto, Canada, we have called everyday and they can't even provide us with an ETA or update as to where the parts are, and when they will arrive so we can set up an appointment because without that we can't schedule anything. Anyways, we have been patient and it's getting to the point where the support isn't helping or trying putting pressure to resolve an issue which it was the company's fault. We have 2 seniors over 70 years old, a pregnant woman, and a construction worker. Also, we spent 20 minutes by explaining the error that they have in the backend about our address, they have been advised about the address issue and haven't fixed it. It is very frustrating that every time we call because even though they have created cases for our situation, they don't have it on file, we have to provide it depending on what situation I am inquiring about. If you can find another provider, please go ahead and do not choose this one. Unfortunately, I didn't have the choice, I am stuck with it as we have the rental. If I could, I would definitely choose another provider.
