Kayley was right on time, cheerful, quiet, and had lots of history (since she had visited previously) to relate. It helps us plan for the future. It was a bonus to experience the same technician during a repeat visit.

Enercare has always been accessible and responsive to any issues we have had. They arrange maintenance immediately, take down my preferences for service personnel and always attempt to make sure my requests are met. I have never had any issues and will continue with Enercare.

(on a service plan) Service was quick (next day) and the problem was fixed. The only hitch was that the agent said our service window was 10 am to 2 pm, but the confirming email said 11 to 3. Since the plumber came at 1:00 it made no difference.

Robert & Tim did a great job. They did a profession work, cleaned up and gave us advice on start up and operation of the heater. A good team to have for the work.

We had a replacement done of our 10 year old rental tankless water heater today by Billy and Andy and are very pleased with the service they provided. The job was done neatly and efficiently and Billy was excellent at explaining the process and giving updates on how the job was progressing. They were very professional and personable and we highly recommend their service.

The specialist was very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain a few things about our furnace. He also checked everything, including the carbon monoxide levels. I think this was the best level of service anyone could expect! Keep up the good work!

After the 13 year old furnace stopped working during a cold snap, it was time to invest in a new one fast. I received two quotes from different companies and decided to go with Enercare. From the easy booking process, the knowledgeable sales rep showed up the same day. We were able to get a new furnace and heat pump installed the next day. The installers were professional, explained things well, and kept the house clean. An overall positive experience during a somewhat stressful time. Thanks Enercare and team!

Thomas was very informative and was able to rectify the issue. He exhibited a thorough knowledge of all technical & mechanical questions posed to him.
