Failed furnace. Fast response to the call. Technician was very thorough, diagnosed the problem and made the arrangements for parts and installed them, all in the same afternoon. Very impressed with this service. Cost is only the monthly cost of the service.

friendly service from beginning to visit. Making the appointment for my service was easy. I received a call when they were coming over and were efficient and quick to perform their tasks. There was 2 technicians who came to the house, Joe and Matt. They were very professional yet gave me the personal touch... they remembered being in my home in the past, made me feel they me special service.

My hot water was getting less and less hot. I called Enercare to take a look at my water heater and they sent a technician on the same day. The technician identified the problem in minutes and told me that he needs to replace my mixing valve. It took him about 10 minutes to complete the replacement. The total cost for me was 0 as I had Plumbing Protection Plan. Highly recommend Enercare.

I schedule a yearly furnace maintenance and inspection. I have been doing this with Enercare for at least 10 years. The service experience is always excellent and I would highly recommend Enercare for all HVAC requirements.

When I booked this service I thought it was for the maintenance of our furnace. When I called to make sure they were coming, I was told the service was for the fireplace. The technician "Gerald" was excellent. He showed me how to remove & replace the fireplace screen and how to work the remote control properly. Very friendly and helpful!!

Bill and Andy replaced hot water tank, very professional, friendly did the job 100 satisfactory.

Overall installation of the new furnace was good. Disappointed at the end when the technicians left they left the furnace switch off. After hours passed the house and furnace was cold - i was going to call Enercare to come back to recheck but instead i opened the furnace cover and noticed the switch was set to 'off'. The timing of this install was in January in Ontario - I see no reason why they would complete the install, test it (assuming they did) and then set the switch off.

My furnace stopped working. I called Enercare and they arranged an appointment for service that very day. The service person was there promptly and looked after the issue as well as checked over the whole furnace
