    HVAC Service

My call to your customer service was answered quickly and your representative was very pleasant. She clearly explained my options to enrol in the maintenance protection plan and arranged for fast service to come to my house and fix my furnace. The service representative, Stan, was very professional. He explained the problem with the furnace so that I understood the situation and addressed the problem quickly and covered all the necessary checks to ensure the furnace was running properly before he left. My overall experience was very good.

    Protection Plan Sales/Customer Service

So far, I am very pleased. It seems there were huge discrepancies on my bill and I am thrilled to be receiving a substantial credit to my account. Thank you to the original service rep who noticed and took the time to correct my billing and to the rep who called back to reset my maintenance plans and confirm my services and credit to my account.

    HVAC Install

Absolutely impressed with Justin and Al. They installed water heater and furnace - looks great. They corrected a few things that were either not done well by others or not done and they left all looking great and working great. Already recommended Enercare to others. Justin and Al were very professional and polite and explained everything. They worked as a team. I'm very impressed!

    Customer Service

All the people I encountered on the phone when I called to ask for information and to request changes to my original order were courteous, helpful and professional. Information regarding the services I ordered are clearly explained on website and also reiterated by customer service staff.

    Protection Plan Ripoff!

I called in today to cancel my 3-in-1 protection plan that I got about a month ago and I am told that I have been signed up for a 1 year term and I will have to pay the remaining term. I was never told on call that I will be signing up for 1 year term and that I had to cancel within the next 20 days to not incur any charges. I was also not told that cancelling the service within one year would require me to pay the remaining part of the term. I am told by the contract representative on call today that all this information should have been in the welcome package but I never received a "Welcome package" that was supposed to indicate these terms and conditions. I had a major issue with my furnace that I was refused service of by their technician. I was told it is not covered under the protection plan and that I will have to pay them $2000 for fix. Again, this is something that was not indicated to me in writing that parts like heating coil are not covered. I had decided at that time about 2-3 weeks ago that I will not be keeping their service and had informed their technician of it. I was just too busy getting my furnace fixed from another contractor. Had I been told in writing that I need to cancel the plan within 20 days, I would have done so about 2-3 weeks ago. Now I am told, I need to pay them for a year worth of service before I could cancel - a service that did not serve me one bit! Is this how a big business like Enercare wants to deal with their customers? Is it even legal to make someone bound to the terms that are neither shared in writing nor clearly stated over the phone? I'd expect something like this from a street vendor but not a reputed business like enercare! They have lost all my respect. I feel like I am getting swindled! Stay away if you can!

    Water Heater Install

The whole team was on-time, considerate, kind and friendly. The manager, Annemarie stopped in and was spectacular as well. I switched to Enercare from Reliance due to the inferior customer service and I am so glad I did. Thank you so much!

    HVAC Service

Your service man was very experienced, and a person I will call my friend. From the moment he came into my home, I believe his name is Manni, not sure. Regards Bill Hadfield

    HVAC Service

My most recent furnace check-up proved to be most helpful. The service rep was able to answer two questions that I had pertaining to my new furnace. Thank you for his knowledge.

    HVAC Service

The technician / agent (Jason Hart) kept me informed of the service, he let me know the options and gave 100%, even offering temporary heaters. He was very friendly, fast and professional.

    HVAC Service

The technician came within the assigned time. He was efficient and informative. I also appreciated the after care guide and checklist on the efficiency of our furnace that was provided.
