We have always had courteous service . . . The technician tried to call me before he arrived but he had our wrong phone number . . . I am a happy Enercare customer.

I was called last year by Enercare to enrol in the plumbing and drain protection plan. Free for one year they said. You can cancel after a year they said. WARNING - you only have 10 days from the anniversary date to cancel OR YOU ARE LOCKED IN FOR ANOTHER FULL YEAR! The sales person deliberately avoided this fact, and the details are buried in the fine print of the agreement. BE WARNED. I can't wait for all my plans to expire so I can get rid of this company.

Salesman (Chris Pottier) was excellent he explained everything and was very helpful. The installers were also great they never stopped all day cleaned up and informed us of the features and and how things worked (very impressed with the whole experience :)

Amazing from the need for service to the end result of getting a new furnace installed . Total care . The in home service consultant Chad was reassuring that the furnace would not be a huge cash out lay .

The service is always prompt and courteous. I have saved hundreds of dollars with this service program which costs me about $35.00/month and that covers drain problems too. (It says I'm Rick Faye from Vaughan below. I'm actually in Whitby if you care. )

No heat till now since they came to 'fix' 2 days ago. Not professional at all . Tommorow will be the 3rd day they come to 'fix' in a roll.
