    HVAC Service

    The technician called ahead and came on time. He was knowledgeable and put in a request for enercare to come back to move the water heater. I would recommend Enercare Home Services.

    Everyone I talked to was very pleasant and listened to what I had to say and Paul the service man was very professional about his work. He was polite and explained what he was doing. He is an asset to your company. He took pride in his work and it showed.

    The gentleman who came to maintain our furnace was very helpful and gave us tips about our furnace. He came on October, 29/2015. We will request this technician every time and would recommend Enercare Home Services.

    Furnace maintenance is included in the cost of the Protection Plan so it is great to take advantage of this service and the technician was fast and efficient. I would recommend Enercare Home Services

    Furnace, Heating

    Old furnace quit. Been without heat two days now (ref. Enercare's one-day service). After 10 hour installation job, waiting another 3 hrs for a faulty switch to be replaced, another hour to find out it isn't the switch but a circuit. Now left for another night without heat and a third day of missing work. Unless this is rectified before noon tomorrow, I would strongly discourage and actively campaign against using Enercare despite the charming sales person that made it sound so easy and prompt to replace.

    Furnace

    Amazing service, all around, timely, courteous, caring customer service, you guys came back three times in a row to help us out, we are very very pleased, we felt very safe and looked after.

    HVAC Service

    Annual furnace cleaning as part of annual service plan. Booking the appointment by phone was easy, and allowed for evening service. The technician Omar called before coming and was very punctual. Omar was very informative and he explained everything that he was doing, and actually checked items that have never been checked before during the annual cleanings. Very satisfied with the service call.

    The technician was very easy to talk to did a very good job cleaning the furnace and explaining what he was doing as he went along. Good job. Well done. We have already recommended Enercare Home Services to our new neighbors who just moved in.

    boiler

    Terrible service. We have been getting our boiler serviced annually for the past four seasons. This year, a tech pointed out that we were missing a shut off valve for our basement and that it wasn't to code. He tagged the boiler and informed us we had so many days to pay for a valve or they would shut off our gas. My husband and I were not happy considering we have had technicians servicing our boiler for years and this issue was never mentioned. What if for some reason there had been a leak? What would we have done? Not to mention the 600 dollar cost of installing the valve we now have to incur . My husband phoned customer service and was treated so poorly and with such disrespect. Such a negative experience. Make sure you ask a lot of questions when you have techs visit your home because the majority of them are incompetent.
