The service tech Paul, was prompt and efficient. He was polite and knowledgeable explaining what tests he was running and the results that he found. at each stage he would double test to insure that the error would mot reoccur. He repeated this until he found the actual culprit and remedied the problem. He then ran an additional cycle to verify that his repairs were in fact working properly. He left without a trace leaving the work area clean and beat. I would like Paul to do all of my service calls.

First, I would like to thank you for the service provided to our home. The first service call was on thanksgiving Sunday and was a call, without which we would have had no water for an extended period of time because we had to turn off the water completely. Secondly, your service technicians were professional in their conduct and efficient. They arrived within the period scheduled. All in, a highly satisfactory experience.

I liked the care taken not to damage floors etc (by using protective covering and shoes). Installers worked hard, were polite and cleaned up the work area on completion. Was pleasantly surprised when installation supervisor came to check the work and asked if I had any questions or concerns about the work. When blower didn't function, arrangements were made to replace it the very next day and that was in fact done without delay. Also appreciated the loan of portable heaters until blower was functional since the day/night was chilly. All the little extras, including Victor's follow up calls, gave the whole process a personal touch!

Both of the technicians that came to my place performed their tasks quickly and efficiently. Dan who blew out the ducts was helpful in establishing the area that would be minimal in damage to the ceiling to cut open access holes to the furnace ducts. He also recommended an easy fix for covering in the holes.

Our tech was great! He called before coming to make sure we were around to let him in, arrived in the given time frame, was respectful of our house by putting on boot covers, asked for permission when appropriate, gave a lot of good information about our system, was friendly, etc. The furnace maintenance check was a good experience.

Friendly,professional and very efficient. Took the time to answer all questions that I had, as well as questions that I hadn't even yet thought of! Personnel were great, and the service was top notch.

*** Edit: I recently wanted to change a thermostat, and they sent a guy out to do it. Before doing it, he explained why the existing thermostat was so important and performed a lot more functions that the new one the alarm company wanted to install. He would have been happy to do the job if I wanted, but after explaining to me the difference, he left with a handshake and a smile, and I didn't do something stupid. Excellent professional and courteous service. From our first call through to the latest. Very happy and looking to do more work, including dryer, bbq and new stove with you. . We recently needed more information and again, fast courteous response. Very happy.

My thermostat wasn't working at all so I couldn't turn on my heat, I was lucky to get a same day appointment. I'm very pleased! ! . . . Also the tech did a fabulous job and not only did he replace my thermostat he did a full check up on my furnace to ensure everything was working perfectly :)

Polite, professional service. Answered all of my questions and gave good instruction on how to maintain my furnace and air conditioning systems . . . . . . . .

He seemed quite efficient and was here on time and cleaned the furnace and even changed my filter for me . . . . . . . . . .
