Signed up for home appliance protection several years ago. At one time renewal date was September, through errors at Enercare it was changed to February. We are moving to a condo in September and they are unable to transfer plan to new condo. We are now being forced to pay for plan from October to February! which we feel is unjust and unethical as we are being forced to pay for services we cannot utilize.

The gentleman that serviced our hot water tank has been here before and he is always very helpful and extremely professional ! ! ! Thanks again. . . . .

I was impressed by the knowledge and service level provided to us by the technician who attended to do the work. She was very friendly and professional and took the time to explain everything. It was a pleasant experience. However, although I am pleased to complete this survey, especially in view of the above, when I checked my e-mail, I was expecting a report of the findings and work completed, not a survey. It was my understanding that was forthcoming but so far I have not received it.

Very pleased with the service, did a great job on furnace and air conditioner, Gave me a verbal and written breakdown of the results,very pleased with the results,this is the first tech in many years (30) that has given me such detail, I would like to book this tech for next years service, Thanks and regards

The service person came, did his job, gave me some advice about using a different filter to get a better result on the on my furnace. I have always used the same filter and no previous service person ever said anything. So I appreciate that.

I renter a water heater for 20 years and when it broke I called Enercare for help. They took over a day to come out and didn't replace it due to the exhaust piping. When they left no one returned nor called me to fix to advise on how to fix the problem. I was without hot water for one week while trying to get them to send someone out. For $25/month for 20 years of my service contract this is the first time I used them. Two slogans on their website that are misleading are "We think a lot about water heater so you don't have to" Well they sure didn't think about my water heater which sat there for 20 years. and "When our customers call us by 5:00 PM with no heating, cooling or hot water, we'll be there as fast as the same day". I called at 12:00 noon and the first person to show up was the next day at 1:00pm. I am so happy I canceled the contract with these guys and went with the top rated group in this category.

The maintenance supervisor called early on the appointment date, 1) To confirm and 2) To see if the man could come early. The work was done quickly with all questions answered. Thank you.

I have never had any reason to complain about a bad customer service incident. The company is always very prompt and very helpful. The service technicians are always on time. They call before entering the premises to give ample time to prepare (in case of pets etc). The technicians are knowledgeable, explains the work and provide helpful tips. The price of their service package is reasonable and really.....you can't put a price on "peace of mind" . Thank you again!

Although there are questions dealing specifically with the technician, Bruce Navaratnarajaj who performed the service at my home deserves high praise for the exceptional quality of his service and for his professionalism. I have given him the highest score possible. Enercare deserves my highest recommendation because of Bruce.

The installers arrived within their allotted time. They were very friendly and courteous. They laid down floor covers to protect my floors and stairs. after installation I was given a rundown of the new water heater, it's settings etc. They did a good job and are excellent representatives of your company.
