I was pleased with the pleasant manner of all the personnel with whom I had contact. They were helpful and knowledgeable. The technician provided useful information and worked quickly to complete his tasks on our furnace. My only complaint was the route for setting up an appointment on-line. It was frustrating as it seemed to be attempting to book me for a time that was already allotted. I finally gave up after four attempts and used the telephone instead. The site needs some tweaking.

We had a furnace installed last week by Kevin and Kendrick, they were on time, polite and completed the work efficiently. There was absolutely no mess left behind and they explained everything to me with respect to the furnace and the new thermostat. The next day the ducts were cleaned, there was a bit of an issue with one of our water pipes, the technician accidentally touched a pipe and it broke. He quickly turned off the water to the house and called your plumber. He couldn't apologize enough for his mistake, which could have happened to anyone. The plumber arrived before his specified time and quickly fixed the issue, he explained what he did and completely cleaned up when he was done. He waited for me to check the water and he left. I didn't however run the hot water and realized shortly after he left that we had no hot water. I called and the girl that took my call arranged for a Hot Water tank tech to come that night between 5-9. I continued to figure out what the issue was and why the cold water would run but not the hot. I finally noticed the knob on the pipe from outside to the hot water tank was turned off, I turned it on and we had hot water. My daughter then said..."oh yeah, i forgot to tell you that he told me to tell the plumber that he turned that off". I quickly called again to tell them to cancel the Hot Water tech but unfortunately he still arrived at 5:30. I tole him what had happened and apologized to him for wasting his time, he said that it was okay but still wanted to check the hot water tank since he was there - so he did. It sounds like a big kerfuffle but everyone that came was on time, efficient and polite. I would highly recommend your company to anyone!

The terms of the purchase re the rental ad the installation team were very remarkable. It would be helpful to follow-p with the details of our arrangements as a confirmation. Thanks. I don't have to do much planning -- I know I will be reminded that I must arrange for the annual servicing every year and you continue to remind me until the timing works for me and then I arrange it.

No hot water this am. Called just after 2:00 pm. by 4:30 pm hot water running. Service tech stated what to do if it should happen again, and to make sure that I also call for service. Enercare personnel Trevor/Service and Tom/Tech. A wonderful team. Many thanks and keep up the good work all.

Enercare has very professional technicians , i asked a few questions regarding my new high efficiency furnace as well the new water heater and they were pleased to answer back. I strongly recommend Enercare for Services..

From the very first time I spoke to this company, (still Direct Energy at that time) back in June of this year... it's been nothing but a headache for me. From technicians not showing up when they were suppose to, not having the necessary tools to do their job (they actually borrowed my husbands socket set cause they didn't have one big enough for the job), employees having no idea what the company does and does not do to double billing me for the installation. It has now taken the billing department more than a month to issue my credit and I still don't have it... I'm an inch away from yanking the damn thing out myself, telling them to come pick it up and go with another reputable company. I DO NOT and WOULD NOT EVER recommend this company to ANYONE. Sincerely Thoroughly Disgusted Customer!!

The representative showed us were we could have an issue and helped me to tape air coming out of our furnace. I was most appreciative. Representative was polite, courteous and even though I suggested he keep his shoes on he thanked me but said he would take them off. He was very helpful and knew his work, called in advance and was accurate on his arrival.

Had problems with a broken toilet that I could not fix myself and also blocked drains. Dave, the plumber from Enercare did a great job at fixing the problems. He was polite, clean and efficient. He told us about the problems and the solutions. Dave has done other jobs for us in the past and I would definitely request him to come back if needed. Enercare has been good for us.
