    HVAC Services

    Very friendly and courteous phone reps. Listen to what I needed and gave me advice that I had a good policy. That did not have that plan any more. The fellow that came to my home was the best. Thank you very much for sending him to help me. I'm a senior and having this plan saved me a lot of money. I have insurance and never (thankfully had to use it). I've had the insurance from you and unfortunately had to use it a lot this year but I'm so grateful for having such a good plan.

    HVAC Installation

    Mr. Clerk, the sales person was extremely informative, as well as polite. He explained all our options with clarity. The installers were very dedicated to their job - organized. Not only were they extremely hard working but they also were diligent to cleaning up after they had completed the job. due to traffic on the 407, they made sure that we were aware that they would be late-- 5 min. we had been told they would arrive between 9 & 11. They arrived at 9:05-- not late. The installer Michael & his assistant never used their cell phones during the installation. It's a pleasure to see that some workers are more interested in concentrating on the job at hand rather than their cell phones.

    HVAC Services

    The technician did a meticulous job in servicing the a/c and furnace. In all the many years of maintenance, he is the first technician who took the time to go over the test results and their significance. In addition, he offered good advice in how to monitor the a/c unit in case the refrigerant leak continues.

    Service Calls

    Enecare calls you repeatedly over and over and over. I'm not a typical employee who takes an hour lunch. When I am working on a difficult tax provision, it really is annoying to get a call from them, which breaks your concentration. Apparently, it is only suppose to take a minute, but they go on and on, transferring you to another department when you say yes and they go on and on and on. So at the end, after another call after being annoyed. I told them it is taking twenty minutes of my time and you told me this was going to be painless. I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE! Can they not respect the fact that people have to work? I asked them not to call during work hours and what do they do, they repeatedly call during work hours disrupting meetings. Unfortunately the gas Company that you are with cannot be changed. It is a monopoly so you are just stuck with horrible customer service who are just as bad as telemarketers.

    Customer Service

    People on phone were very helpful, understood my billing problem and undertook to fix it. Time will tell (when I get my next bill) but right now I am very happy with your service.

    furnace & AC not working correctly

    Kim, the service person is excellent. He came within 2 hours of my call, knew his stuff and fixed our problem and everything is now excellent. I recommend Enercare. We are loyal customers.

    Furnace repair

    For years outside the long wait times to reach a call center rep I was happy. Seems now since they spun off from Direct Energy service level has suffered. 1 months now and issues are not resolved. Started with a gas leak. Enbridge discovered after fixing their issue problem with venting. Called Enercare. Was told it was covered. They sent a plumber who couldn't install or fix system 636 venting. Then they show up for a furnace cleaning and can't clean the furnace because the venting isn't fixed. I call again. They tell me venting is covered in the $700 a year I pay them for my plans. Tech shows up and tells me it's not covered... Careful with these guys.... They will not honour what their call center says verbally but will hold you to what you agree to verbally... Very disappointed to say the least after having to wait around for them 3 times to show up and so far nothing has been fixed or done!

    Enercare

    Six-in-one protection plan. Had it and paid premiums for years. Recently made two calls, one electrical wiring issue. Called on 8/13 finally got someone in on 8/19. Literally it seems I'm covered for "wiring" but nothing that the wire replaces to- in this case a socket receptacle for an MR16 bulb. Appliance repair, called on 8/15 , someone is scheduled for 8/21. "Earliest we can do. " Their contractor , Trans Global being "solidly booked" . So very, very slow response and "read the fine print". I think probably not worth it; Enercare is merely in the business of putting people together with tradesfolk, at least as far as these "plans" go..

    HVAC Service

    I called and got an appointment for the same day. The service person was great, he explained what he was doing and the results after fixing. Very professional and friendly.
