I am usually satisfied with my service from Enercare. But I recently have had to have a technician come to my home 3 times to fix the same problem that the original plumber's job was done horribly.It was a messy, careless job, that resulted in a bad water leak, the second plumber did not want to take the time to fix the problem even when he told me what it was. The last 2 plumbers Joey and Jessie were great. They took the time to fix the botched jobs and explained exactly ( and knew instantly) what the problem was and fixed it.

We have always found your organization and it's staff very professional. Service on time and delivered as promised. Raj, your service tech rep was very professional, courteous and was also very warm and friendly in answering my questions...took great efforts in explaining in detail how to maximise temperatures, ideal settings, humidity and everything else that I needed some expert and thoughtful advise.

Phone contact was excellent. Help came quickly, (the next morning) even though it was a minor plumbing problem. Plumber was helpful, respectful and courteous. He had the situation resolved quickly.

The installers were fast, friendly and they explained everything as they went along and then also went through it all again at the end of the installation. . . .

It was the best team ever! They were knowledgeable, caring, and communicated well with the team during install. I was away for weekend and all went perfectly! ! ! !

This was covered under warranty work. Effective. Efficient. Corrected the issue, providing ongoing information as the repair was being done. Cleaned up well and left me feeling confident in the resolution.

Technician was out within a couple of hours (on a Sat.) after we reported the rental heater leaking. Heater replaced within 1 day. installers professional in all ways: heater promptly installed; no mess; polite.

We were very satisfied with the speed of the appointment and the service person called before he came. He was very polite and professional and dealt with our issue very well.

Longevity of reliable service in the GTA. Positive personal experience with Direct Energy for years, including phone correspondence. Neighbours also used Direct Energy for furnace replacement. Pleased with installation protocol.

When we turn on the water to hot it was warm and sometimes very cold. We called Enercare and the valve and igniter were changed. They were nice. Thanks again.
