Would just like to say that on be half of the entire house hold we are DISGUSTED by the service we recieved from direct energy. The same workers came back and forth insisting that there is no problem, and now we are stuck showering in ICE COLD water for the last 2 days. On top of that the dispatcher hung up on us and did not seem to care. HORRID SERVICE!

The most incompetent customer service department I have ever experienced. Still waiting after two days to get hot water..technician never showed up for scheduled time, parts were neglected to be ordered, customer service people were rude and dismissive and gave us incorrect information on multiple occasions. I was even told that a technician had logged in as on site at my house despite the fact that he wasn't here and never ever did show up. No one able to give me correct info on the phone.Hope you never have to deal with this company!

The installation was done on time time by 2 installers from Enercare. The workers informed me the retro-fitting of pipes/valves/duct to be done to accommodate the new water heater. The job was performed very professionally and courteously in about 1.5 hours. after the installation, the 2 men cleaned up all the debris, all small traces of water on the floor. The main installer explained and illustrated how to adjust the temperature of the water heater for higher temps and for holiday setting and that it would take about 1.5 hours to bring the water to the temperature set on the water heater dial. I highly commend the 2 installers for their quick installation, professionalism and excellent customer care.

The technicians went about the installation in a proficient manner. They were courteous and friendly. After the installation they removed the old equipment, without any mess or fuss. I would most definitely recommend Enercare to my friends.

We were very pleased with the pre-installation presentation provided by Wajahat Husain. We found him to be accommodating, honest and pleasant to converse with. The installers were wonderful; extremely professional and did a great job.

James has been my service man for many many years and I appreciate how well he looks after the boiler. He always arrives when he say he will and he is polite and courteous and knowledgeable. When James recommends a change or suggests what should be done, I totally trust his judgment and follow his advice. He is an asset to your company.

Service was excellent. First phone call, which was answered within 30 seconds, got me the appointment, and the gentleman who came was polite and on time. Necessary work was done and all was fixed.

The service person who attended our home was very professional and one of the best we have had. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful with information regarding out system.

The serviceman called before he came, was prompt, courteous and respectful. He noted that our furnace was also due for annual maintenance and offered to do it at the same visit. Authorization was sought and received quickly, the work completed and the results discussed with me. On his own initiative he checked our humidifier filter, which impressed me. I requested a replacement if one was available and he was able to complete that project as well. overall I was relieved to have everything done quickly and with minimum fuss.
