WE are long time members of the service plan.Work has always been done to exceptional standards,and in a timely manner.The technicians have always been very helpful and extremely polite,and respectful of our home.Paul was the technician who came for this service call and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working and to answer my questionsHe was extremmely knowledgeable and very polite.. I would reccomend this company to friends and family anytime

Technician came, never opened air conditioner. Turned on fan from inside and said all was good. Said they would come later to clean as it was raining. Never saw anyone ever again. Called Enercare and was told there was nothing they could do as the tech said service was completed. Stay away from their plans.

This company is exceptional. From the office, sales rep to the, technicians.. They are friendly, trustworthy, fast, informative and punctual. They go above and beyond to make your experience perfect. It was a good installation.... laid down mats to protect the carpet..... cleaned up well on completion...... took away the old water that had leaked.... installers were conscientious, personable and attentive
