I am completely unsatisfied with the service provided to me. My AC was still under warranty with this company from the previous owner of the house, so we defaulted to use them for a problem with our AC. I had 4 service calls before a technician was able to diagnose the problem. Then I had to wait for a part to be ordered. Then I had to rebook a service call for the part to be installed. Over the last week my AC was disabled, making my house excruciatingly hot, and I have young kids at home (3 children, ages 3 and under). The "final" service call was supposed to have been this morning to fix the problem, but nobody showed up. When I called to inquire they said it was booked for the following morning, even though I had double checked the booking for this morning. This is completely unacceptable, and I will most definitely be changing our service provider in the future. I will NEVER recommend this company to friends/family, due to these unacceptable delays and terrible customer service.

The two young men that came to install the furnace, air conditioner AND hot water tank were prompt, polite and took great care during the whole installation.Their names were Jeff Maurice and Jamie Pritchard and they were very professional, explained what they were doing as they were going along and asked my opinion and included me in the decision making on a few of the installation concerns. I read many reviews before deciding what to buy and who to select for the installation. The customer service representative Gilbert Lemay came twice, he was very patient, knowledgeable and reassured us that there would be NO issues concerning a professional installation and worry free heating and cooling for years to come. He was absolutely right and we are very happy with the whole process so far and hope to see lower gas and hydro bills. Some quotes I received never followed up or returned my e-mail or calls to answer my questions. I would give Enercare an A+ score!

We were very pleased with the analysis of our furnace which we knew had recently become inefficient!!! All people we were involved with had our best interests at heart so we trusted completely and the work done was excellent!! The installers also alerted us to a safety issue re the installation of our water heater which has been corrected!

We have always had good service, the service techs are very nice to work with. Now I feel comfortable running my furnace and my air conditioner. Thank you again. . .

The tech was pleasant and took care in his work. It was fast and easy to book and they arrived within the times specified and did not try to upsell me on any additional services.

The service technician was very professional, courteous and efficient. He fixed the problem well. we hardly knew he was there. he came in, did the job with no fuss, explained what was done and left ... Everything neat and tidy. great job.
