Water Heater Service
I contacted Direct Energy (Enercare) at 7am on Sunday morning to advise that I had no hot water. The intake person was pleasant and very helpful. I received the repair appointment confirmation before the call terminated. The service professional arrived within the appointment window. This was another completely pleasant individual with an apparent high level of knowledge and competence. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired in short order. I must say that the whole experience was beyond expectations and that if Enercare continues to engage such people and policies, it will excel.
