Air Conditioning Maintenance
Diagnostic checks and tests performed by Direct Energy technician under AC Maintenance Plan followed up by a comprehensive Report with Summary, individual measured data, problem description and recommended resolution to fix it.
I have written the following review on DIRECT ENERGY post appointment survey;

This survey is intended for Diagnostic portion of my AC unit Maintenance Plan that was done on still running unit during follow up visit by DE Technician Mr. Giovanni Morrione on Friday, May 29, 2015, after the unit evaporator coil froze and condensed water leak was observed. Mr Morrione performed all required checks and tests that were done by DE on previous visits advised verbally that unit evaporator coil is frozen up probably due to loss of freon that could happen previous summer.
Mr. Morrione also advised that he has ordered failed coil and that he shall return to install it after the coil is delivered. Email with full report arrived later on May 29. The report stated that unit is 60% operational, lists all tests and measurements taken and indicates remedial action to be taken. The Report with the checklist is available on DE website.
Mr Morrione appears to be competent technician, who has customer satisfaction in mind. However the coil he ordered was never delivered as his supervisor probably disagreed with his proposal for client billing. Another solution to fix the AC unit was agreed upon June 4, 2014 and it is still not implemented. This is not covered in this survey, I will be happy to fill up separate surveys for service on appointments on Friday June 5, 2015 and Sunday June 7, 2015.
