I was highly disappointed with their service. They were priced higher than most places but I went with them thinking that I could trust their services, since they are a major company and I have had other services with them in the past with no issues. When the technician arrived he refused to do the work claiming that his truck would block the sidewalk in my townhouse complex and he was afraid to be fined (although they knew I lived in a townhouse). He then said that someone from the office would need to re-schedule at time to come back and have the service done with a portable system instead of a truck-mounted system (which they sold me on the fact that the truck-mounted system was best). Furthermore, no one from Direct Energy bothered to call me and follow up on the appointment. I had the service done on Sat, by Wed no word from anyone, although they promised a 24hr window for a response. My daughter suffers from severe allergies, which they were told and no one from their Customer Care department bothered to even return my 2 calls. I would never use or recommend them to anyone for duct service!
