techncian amazing. Direct energy calles to schedule an appt so I don't miss my service call. I pay in adavance for full service and they could easily let me forget, but they don't

The technician came, was on time, courteous , did what he had to do, explained what he was doing then reviewed how my systems were working then left, it was perfect.

I highly recommend EnerCare Homecare services for peace of mind on your home energy systems/ low monthly fee. The service agent was prompt, professional, explained how we can maintain care for our existing equipment & he was friendly. He expressed how much he enjoyed working for this company which is a rarity these days & it told us this is a company that cares in all area's of their business. Our service was looked after & up to date keeping us informed on when & what would be done, reviews on work & results of the work, plus bonuses & savings that we could take advantage of if we so desired all through emails for us to review when we had time. No constant phone calls! Great service! AAA+

The maintenance was covered as part of my maintenance fee, the service technician was professional and friendly and took time to educate me on where to put the filters and how to set the humidifier correctly. It was an excellent experience

I was prepared for the usual talk about replacing aging equipment. while he was checking the until I was doing the math about how old things were in preparation of that conversation of replacement of said equipment. He was honest with me and he said that I was on borrowed time and I agreed with him. I may get another year or two or not with them ( air conditioner and or furnace) and we talked about the $$ limit on repairs to the air conditioner. It was rather refreshing to talk to someone without being pushed to replace equipment that still has life in them. I prefer this type of service call then ones trying to get me to replace something that doesn't need it.

It was raining but he still came . took his time came in with covers on his foot wear. Did the required work in the furnace area. Did a great job in cleaning out the outside air-conditioner replace the hose locked the gate all in all a very good job......

Mr.Joel Taggart our serviceman is exceptional, he is very professional and takes the time to explain what he is doing as a service. We have had Joel previously and would always recommend him for his expertise, knowledge and exceptional customer service.

I was highly disappointed with their service. They were priced higher than most places but I went with them thinking that I could trust their services, since they are a major company and I have had other services with them in the past with no issues. When the technician arrived he refused to do the work claiming that his truck would block the sidewalk in my townhouse complex and he was afraid to be fined (although they knew I lived in a townhouse). He then said that someone from the office would need to re-schedule at time to come back and have the service done with a portable system instead of a truck-mounted system (which they sold me on the fact that the truck-mounted system was best). Furthermore, no one from Direct Energy bothered to call me and follow up on the appointment. I had the service done on Sat, by Wed no word from anyone, although they promised a 24hr window for a response. My daughter suffers from severe allergies, which they were told and no one from their Customer Care department bothered to even return my 2 calls. I would never use or recommend them to anyone for duct service!

The service technician was knowledgeable took all the information and did exactly what he was suppose to do. The solution was done quickly and professional. We were very impressed. .

The service i received was excellent although customer service rep struggled to set up the appointments to service both my air conditioner and furnace on the same day! ! !
