Even though I have a 15 year warranty on my furnace, the cost of the maintenance program is about the same as one annual maintenance visit, so it is a good deal for me. I also added my air conditioner because the warranty had just expired and I wanted to have that covered too. Direct Energy called me to make the booking and sent me reminders. The technician confirmed before he showed up and arrived exactly on time. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. The maintenance checklists were explained to me to my satisfaction.

Prompt service and parts that were ordered arrived in the afternoon. Parts installed later that day. All was fixed within the day. Great service techs. One of the techs was named Butch, Can't remember the other.

The service tech Trevor was very nice & he explained everything that had to be done. I liked that, he just didn't do the job & walk away he explained everything.
