I was very impressed with Leo (Service Technician) who was knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. I especially liked the shoe covers for his working boots, not many companies equip their technician with that, it certainly helps not have to run the mop over the floor after the service call.

We had a technician from Enbridge come to our house because a home inspector found a gas leak. His answer was "there is no gas leak". We asked for a second opinion and someone from Direct Energy came in and he did find a gas leak. He was able to correct it and we were very happy this situation was favourably resolved. The technician from Direct Energy was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Very professional workers and work. I was very skeptical in the beginning but I can tell you by the end of the day I was s very satisfied customer. Keep up the reputation and your business will flourish.

Heard a revving noise coming from the furnace area. The technician did a thorough check and concluded all was well with the furnace. Shut down the furnace and will see if I hear the noise again. Was very happy with his service
