I had an issue with my ceiling. I made an appointment and received prompt service to rectify my particular issue. The individual assigned to the task was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He did a spectacular job with my ceiling and left no mess behind. If you're considering taking on Direct Energy as your home service provider, I would highly recommend you do so. S H

I purchased moved into my new house and immediately called Direct Energy to purchase my water heater from them. They told me they would give me three free months if I did not purchase it at that time. I confirmed with them on the phone repeatedly that they would allow me to then three months later purchase the water heater and still get the three free months. They repeatedly so confirmed. They never took the three free months off my monthly bill with Enbridge. Then three months later I purchased my water heater from them for nearly $1,000. I also asked for the $86.41 I paid to them for the three free months they promised me to be subtracted from my amount but they refused. They simply refused to give me what they promised. I asked them to pull the call record and they did and confirmed that they said they would give me the three free months but they still would not. This is a VERY DISHONEST AND UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.

When looking into a new furnace found your sales woman to be very informative, not at all pushy, and most of all product knowledgeable. Tech's arrived the next day-friendly, explained everything and left the house in perfect order. Will recommend to friends.....

Not only did the service technicians do a professional job, but did it quickly and got our heat working again promptly, as we had been promised. They also pointed out and solved some problems that were inherent to the old furnace which they fixed at the same time. All in all a very good experience for us.

When i contacted Direct Energy for the first time, simply from looking online for help, the person I spoke to was very helpful. I explained my situation and he sent someone one to my house as soon as possible. The technician who came to my house was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The tech was very knowledgeable, he was courteous and explained everything he was doing. Gave my husband a lot of information regarding the furnace and water heater. He was very nice. He came when we were told could would get here and phone before coming. We were really satisfied with his service.

Arranging an appointment via telephone was very easy and the person answering the phone and setting up the appointment was friendly as well. The service technician that came was also very good.

I have never had an issue with anyone from Direct Energy and I have only ever found them to be unbelievably helpful! ! ! Thank you again! ! ! Jenni

We have had your protection plan for a couple years. Your staff are always great to deal with. Your technicians are always prompt (or call if there is changes in their expected arrival time). They are pleasant, professional and answer all our questions. We are quite happy with the service we receive from your company.
