The two technicians that came to service the water heater installation were extremely professional. I had mentioned that there were rats in my area and could not leave the door open. They were very courteous in shutting the door behind and laying down the clothes that would not stain the downstairs carpeting. I was extremely pleased with their service and friendly manner.

The two guys that completed the work were excellent. On top of being knowledgeable, they were polite and respectful. They took care not to make any unnecessary mess by putting down drop cloths from the front door all the way to the basement. Any minor glitches they encountered were handled efficiently and they really paid attention to details.

Person I spoke with very polite and service was fast. I called at 10:30am and was told to expect someone between 11-3pm. as I was still talking to your tech on the phone my son called me at 10:35am to tell me you guy's were at my door. Now that was fast.

The telephone operator was very friendly and efficient. She understood our problem and arranged for same day service. The service technician arrived with an hour, assessed the problem and quickly fixed it. He explained what he did and showed us damaged part. Very impressed.

I'm very satisfied with the service i got; from the moment i made a phone call up to the time the service call was done on my furnace. I personally would recommend your superb service to a friend, relative/s and or colleague.

Technician was very friendly and informative of every aspect of the hot water tank and of the furnace. He let me know of potential issues in the future and actions to be taken beforehand to avoid these issues.

The two guys were extremely friendly and gave me all of the advice I needed. very quick and professional installation as well as professionalism from the guys. I would definitely recommend the guys to install friends water tanks.

We found that the service agent was contracted to Direct Energy and he represented your company in a knowledgeable and friendly manner although we have come to expect that with your company.

I called Direct Energy because my rented gas water heater was not working, they send a technician for an electric water heater so I had to call again and make another appointment because they send the wrong technician :( . When the technician arrive he said right away that the tank needs to be replaced he call the sales rep and I met with him 2 hours later. the first sales rep that arrived could not do the job so they sent me another rep the next day They told me they could not put the water heater were the existing one was so they make me expend $3000 dollars relocating gas plumbing and electrical for the installation of the water heater in a new location. When the technicians arrived they said they could not do the job and that the rep was coming in and it was going to cost more money because they needed two more pipes. After 5 days no hot water, no solution and the company just wants more $$$

The plumber was very efficient in assessing the cause of problem and fixing it. He was courteous and respectful and took time to explain what he had done. Jacki .
