The person i spoke with (Chris) was very polite and explained the plan to me in very clear and easily understood language. It was nice to deal with someone who was very pleasant and didn't try to rush me off the phone.

These guys did a great job and we're very personable. They worked very cleanly and as a homeowner I appreciate that. No messing around, They did their job and left very efficiently. Give them, a raise!

He listened, was patient, was an expert, was clean and respectful, fixed the issue well, and was friendly and courteous. He listened to me and discussed the technical issue clearly and understandably. And there was no charge for this expensive replacement part thanks to my sevice and repair contract!

i am taking this opportunity to comment on the fellow that came to do the work. He was excellent. You have a rating scale on the last few pages that talk about exceptional etc etc. I'm not sure what someone in this fellow's position could do that would be exceptional. So when i say that he "met expectations" this is not a criticism. I expect good service (I admit in many cases and in other circumstances I don't always get it) and that's what he delivered. I believe his name is Dennis. I want to be sure that no one reading my replies thinks I had a problem and was unwilling to discuss it. I'm just an old fashioned person who expects good/appropriate service. Dennis was perfect. Believe me, you'll hear from me if there is ever a problem. It's just the use of words such as "exceptional" seems to be part of this over-hyped culture we have at the moment. (there was no direct cost as this was maintenance which is part of the "paid for" contract I have with Direct Energy)

Prompt attention to our concern for 'water leaking from heater'. When it was determined - same day - we were told a 'new heater' would be installed the next day - which it was. First person who responded as well as the two installers the next day were very pleasant to deal with - everything went very smoothly.

I had an appointment within one week of contacting your offices. The lady at the other end was courteous and made sure I was satisfied with the arrangements. The service technician Alex did a great job. Over all excellent service! Thank you.
