    Water heater service call

    The Direct Energy office staff was very courteous, informative, and responded quickly when I described the problem I was having with my water heater. I was very happy that I did not have to wait on hold when I called, or work my way through some endless voicemail menu. I called at 10 a.m., received an appointment for service the same day between 1 and 5 p.m., and the technician arrived at my home before 1:30 that day. He greeted me courteously, set right to work and had my heater fixed within less than 10 minutes. He cleaned up after himself, checked to make sure the problem had been resolved, and he even closed my garage door for me when he left. (My water heater is in my garage.) I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from everyone I dealt with at Direct Energy.

    Furnace Installation

    As disappointing as it was to learn our furnace had a major issue, all the direct energy personnel, from the initial inspection and condemnation of our furnace, through the sales process, and to the installation, was polite and professional. Sandro and Lorenzo in particular were great.

    Furnace Service

    The person who took my call was quite understanding and set up appt in a reasonable time. The technician was courteous and professional, was able to correct the problem with my furnace quickly. I am happy to have a warm house again. Thank you.

    Your tech was on time (early) personable and was careful not to soil the floor on the way to the basement. He also told us verbally that our furnace was in good condition.

    Water Heater Service

    We have been a long time customer of Direct Energy, our dealings with your people and office has been very minimal, which in our opinion is as it should be. We experienced a problem and requested service. Service person arrived approx. 90 minutes after our call was made. Service person was prompt, efficient and corrected the problem quickly. The unit is a rental, so no charge to us.

    Furnace Service

    I like having the reliability of someone automatically scheduled to check our heating / cooling systems- one less thing for me to have to schedule or remember! Plus I like the peace of mind that comes from knowing that it's being checked and maintained on a regular basis- also that I know who to call if something did go wrong with either system.

    Water Heater Service

    Customer service initially was extremely helpful, and set up an appointment that worked well for me. I was not there for the actual appointment but I was told that the technician was great, and followed up with the next appointment to install the new thermostat. He was very efficient and came back exactly when he said he would. We now have lots of hot water!

    Hot water heater service

    Excellent service from start to finish. Call Center very responsive, gave us a quick response time and the technician was very professional, thorough and left a wonderful impression on us. Part had to be ordered, arrived on Sunday. We called for follow-up service and the technician arrived in twenty minutes leaving us super impressed.

    Water Heater Service

    Anytime we have required your service with regards to our hot water tank you have responded to phone calls quickly and set up timely and convenient appointments. Our most recent repairs were taken care of one day after our initial call and I was actually offered to have someone come on the day I had called. That kind of service does not happen every day and the service personnel that attended to our issue did a professional job and explained to me exactly what needed to be done and why. Thanks again.

    Water Heater Installation

    The independent installer was excellent. One of the best and most impressive persons to do any work in my home since purchasing in October 2014. Very hard worker and knowledgeable.....excellent job! also very personable! Looking forward to receiving the $300, prepaid master card. Monthly rental contract.
