Service tech phoned ten minutes before arriving and was nicely on time. Overall a very satisfactory service call. Technician was very thorough and answered some questions that I had about my furnace and filter.

I appreciated the speedy service on these cold days. Both technicians found issues very quickly and made sure they were dealt with professionally. Thank you from my whole family who is warm now.

The Tech was excellent and went right to the job at hand. I even said he could keep his shoes on and he said no he didn't want to mess my floors.

Roland was excellent. It turned out the issue I had with my toilet was very minor and did not need a formal repair. However, he took the time to explain to me what had happened in detail and assured me that all was well. I was worried he'd be annoyed I wasted his time, but I did not get that feeling at all. I had another small question for him and he was happy to take a minute to answer. I was also very impressed with your service centre. I called around 9 am that morning and was offered a spot from 1-5. However, I got a call around 10:30 to see if someone could come earlier and he was there by 11. That worked great for me and I love that you made the offer.

Dave was the service technician. l found him to be extremely knowledgeable friendly and efficient. l congratulate you on having such a knowledgeable and friendly employee. if l have any problems in the future l hope you send Dave look after my problems again. Job well done. Thank you.

Everything worked just as planned. The tech was on time, called to confirm and let me know he would be arriving in 1/2 hour. I had a simple question which he answered to my satisfaction and explained how to correct it.

The Direct Energy furnace maintenance plan is a complete waste of time. We scheduled the annual check up we're supposed to received with our plan twice, with a no-show by the technician both times. Each time meant booking time off from work for us. The third time the technician arrived but didn't provide much of a service. He came, ticked off some boxes on a form, and left. Useless.

Based on the service and attitude of the service person who came to my home...his name was ATTA...I was very pleased 10+. I was so pleased that I would like to have ATTA on file for my service calls.

This very polite young man was not really sure how to open my fire until I told him the top grill came off (I have an old model) He did an excellent job. Very nice young man.
