    Furnace Service

    I bought the Heat Protection Plan from Direct Energy, and the services they provided are exceptional. For the most recent case, The technician, Mr. Farid Vafaei, didn't stop after replacing the parts for my furnace, he went extra miles to check my pipe & vent systems as well. He opened several vents and identified some blocking areas, and removed quite some hard to reach stuff that blocked the ventilation, so the air could go through freely now. Now our coldest room becomes much warmer, all because Mr. Vafaei's professional help! We had several repairs or fixes before due to low temperature at winter times, but only Mr Vafaei made it really work this time! Direct Energy your service gives me a peace of mind all of the time, and when ever I call, I always can expect an immediate action on my case. For the cost, I paid for the protection plan for ~$21/mth, and it covered all the parts and labours above. Thanks - Paul

    Plumbing Service

    Furnace Service

    We woke up freezing at 3:00 in the morning ... Tried to resolve the issue ourselves... Called Direct Energy for service. I did not have to wait for the next available operator (I guess it was the early timeframe)... And the appointment was between 10:00 and 2:00 p.m. that day. The technician arrived shortly after 10 and resolved the problem. Thank you!

    Direct Energy Furnace Protection plan

    I have never experienced such bad customer service from a company. Our furnace was not working correctly, so I called Direct Energy for assistance, as we had a "heating protection plan" with them. As it turns out, this plan is a total waste of money and gets you absolutely nothing. The technician sent to my house was incredibly rude and provided almost no information for the $100 it cost me to have him visit my home and diagnose the problem with my furnace. He was unable to provide us with a quote and left our furnace shutdown during subzero temperatures. He told me I should call the 1-800 number at 8am the next morning for a quote. Each of the two customer service people I spoke with this morning told me they were unable to provide a quote, with one telling me to book another service call if I wanted a quote - for an additional $99. I was unable to contact anyone in customer service to provide me with a quote, or a time estimate on when someone could return to turn my furnace back on or provide some insight into the problem. I instead went with a local furnace company that was incredibly pleasant and showed up within hours of my call. The parts the Direct Energy service technician told us we needed had nothing to do with the actual problem. Needless to say, after this experience I would not recommend that anyone use this company.

    Furnace Install

    They were such a joy to have in my home. Very friendly and very helpful despite being a very difficult job... Also I'm a single mom and the they took the time to label my furnace with instructions on what to do. Thank you!

    Water Heater Service

    I can't believe that someone actually arrived Christmas morning to fix our Water heater. We had a lot of company in the house and thought it was going to be a disaster. Instead, everything worked out. The technician that came to our house was courteous, professional and helpful.

    Furnace Service

    Must say what a difference an in house tech makes from an outsourced one. The last tech that came to my house (Andrew I believe was his name) was the best I've seen yet.
