    Furnace Service

    Very friendly knowledgeable person when I phoned. Outlined everything I should do and check Before the tech came. Suggested what We could do to be comfortable until Problem fixed. Tech came and knew immediately what the problem was. But, he also checked /tested-out everything to ensure nothing else was wrong. Very professional but friendly - certainly a very good client services rep for your agency. Very impressed with both people I talked with/ and or met.

    Furnace Service

    Our furnace quit working shortly before Xmas. They put us through as an emergency appt due to no heat in the home. It was cold. The repair person came later in the day - he was very busy with other calls - but when he arrived we were thrilled to see him. If we didn't have the protection plan on the furnace it would have cost well over $1000. Ouch! The furnace isn't old & I believe it was purchased in 2005. I was very surprised we'd have these major problems after only 9 years. The high efficiency furnace cost a lot at the time & I don't believe this issue should of happened at this stage. This really concerns me a lot. My husband is fully retired & I'm semi-retired, therefore, expensive costs of this nature become an issue. The customer care lady who scheduled our appt & the fellow who actually did the work were excellent. Extremely professional & courteous. Thank you.

    Water Heater Service

    It was great to have a service technician come and resolve the problem we have been having with our water heater on a Sunday and with in 1 hour after having placed the service call. Fantastic!

    Water Heater Service

    Same day service. Water tank needed a part and it was delivered to my house within 20 minutes of the problem being identified. Problem was solved. I'm a very happy customer.

    Tankless Water Heater Install

    From the time of my phone call to the customer service representative on the phone, I was treated with respect and dignity, the appointment was arranged for the following day which was to my satisfaction. I later got a phone call from the service representative who told me that the service men could actually show up that day, I was ecstatic and very happy. When the service men showed up they greeted me with a friendly smile and handshake and introduced himself and went onto explain each and every thing that he was doing on the unit. He answered all my questions. I was very happy and would recommend this service to my friends and neighbours as a matter of fact, I have already told my next door neighbor who has just recently had natural gas installed into their home, about my new tankless hot water unit.     The technician Dave is the best we have ever had. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, friendly and instilled faith in us that the furnace would be fixed correctly. He went over and above for us. He was amazing!

    Plumbing job

    Having the direct energy service plan was great. When I called direct energy about a clogged sewage drain they were very prompt in responding to the call. DrainPro the plumbing company they sub-contract plumbing work to was at the house within 4 hours of the call. Matt from DrainPro was great. He got the job done quickly and was very professional. I recommend the Direct Energy 3 in 1 plan. Thank you to both Direct Energy and Drain Pro!

    furnace maintenance

    I signed up for the protection Furnace plan. when i scheduled the service call i was given a 4 hour winder between 1 and 5. its now 7:30 and i just called the customer service and they advised my call was forgotten and we would have to reschedule. I would not recommend this service to friends or family until the have gained my trust with on time service. What if my furnace was completely broken and it were -31 degrees outside. My kids would be frozen snowmen!!!!

    HVAC Service

    Service man came on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed the problem. Also took off his shoes when he came in. Did an excellent job! I am a happy Direct Energy Customer.
