Don't go with enercare. They keep charging you even after cancellation . Never go with enercare. Do t trust them

The customer service has greatly improved, and our regular technician Mubarick (Mo) is awesome !!

If I were to stay in this home I would consider buying a water heater and learn how to maintain the this product for longevity.

Laura did an amazing job checking and cleaning our furnace and A/C. She was punctual and professional and did a thorough job. She offered practical suggestions for keeping things clean and working to capacity. I would like to have Laura back next year and I would highly recommend her to everyone.

Keep adding HVAC charges to my bill that I am not required to pay. Do not return calls, refuse to deal with matters ethically. Do not use Enercare

Work completed professionally. Some delay within the appointment schedule. It would be better to provide a shorter appointment. Waiting 3 days to replace the part while the leak of water has been continued would be improved/addressed. Note that the Techs have been avail. before the scheduled appointment.

A company you can trust for furnace, and AC care, and maintenance. I've been dealing with them for years, and they've never disappointed.

We have an Enercare maintenance plan so our cost was $0 for this simple repair. The serviceman was on time, professional, courteous and solved the problem. What more could you ask.

Since October 2022 been asking for my bill. Called 5 different times between Oct 2022-Feb 25 Called April 13 and apparently been sent out in the mail on April (still have not received it) and they want their back pay for these months even though Ive been chasing them down. When asked to speak to someone higher was advised there was no one else (which is incorrect) not willing to pay any backdated stuff

I rent a water heater from Enercare. It needed maintenance only 2 times in more than ten years period. Also, the technicians come quickly in the same day to fix it.
