    Boiler Repair

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My boiler was leaking so I called Direct Energy to have it repaired. When I called, I was convinced to purchase a maintenance and repair contract. After 3 separate technicians came, the issue was (and is) still not resolved. The last technician who came told us to call a plumber. On 3 separate occasions I was told that a manager would call me and it's been a month and no one has called. Every time I call, I get transferred at least twice before I end up in the correct department (today when I called I was transferred 3 times and then told to call a different phone number and when I called that number I was transferred twice). I have just been promised for a 4th time that a manager would call me back. So far I am out of pocket approximately $250 and my boiler is still leaking. I would definitely not recommend using this company - all you are is a number.

    Furnace Service

    Service that l had received was well within 24 hours and was up to the mark.Technician did his job well and answered all my questions related to the furnace issue.

    Furnace Repair/Homecare Plan

    My furnace broke down last evening and Direct Energy had a technician, Steve Ke, out early this morning. He was wonderful...friendly, professional, efficient, thorough, explained everything to me...and best of all...he repaired the furnace!!! It is great to have heat again!! Also, being part of the Home Service plan there weren't any hidden or unexpected costs. The service call, parts, and repair were all included in the my yearly 'home care' fee.

    Furnace not working

    Our furnace stopped working during the weekend. We didn't have a plan. After a day in the cold we decided to call Direct Energy. The agent walk us through all the available options and suggested the one that resolved our situation the best, with no additional cost. The technician was very professional. There was none of the usual offering of unnecessary services. Very satisfied customer :)

    Furnace Service

    The work wasn't completed the first, as he had to wait for a part. Early the next morning he arrived and was finished in ten minutes. Excellent work. Thank you Gary

    Furnace Service

    Our heating system failed at approx 5.30pm.i called your company at approx 6pm I was informed that it was too late to get a tech. For that evening but one would be here between 8&12 the following morning. When he came he identified the problem quickly. Unfortunately he didn't have the required spare part on his truck. He contacted his office who sent one over immediately. The tech. then installed it quickly. He was very pleasant and courteous. You have a good employee, keep him.

    Protection Plan Sales

    I will be telling all my friends about Direct Energy. The lady that I spoke to was friendly , very polite ,well mannered and a true professional. She took the time to answer all my questions and not once did she rush me to take a plan. She took the time to explain all the plans that you offer in complete detail as to what covers what and what the costs were . It was a real pleasure talking with her.

    Water Heater Service

    A service technician was dispatched here the same day as i reported a leak. Randy was very professional and quickly replaced the drainage valve for the water heater. Excellent service! Thank you! It was free since we have a rental water heater.

    Furnace Service

    The service technician quickly understood the problem and he rapidly installed the new fan to replace the malfunctioning unit. He was very pleasant to talk to and kept us informed. Luckily we have the furnace insurance plan and that covered the cost of $625.00.

    Furnace Service

    The Direct Energy service technician was prompt. He called before coming. Explained the problems. Gave me a timeline for completion and did exactly what he said he would! I like that. Thank you!
