    Furnace Service

    Direct Energy exceeded my expectations! (1) great customer service. (2) direct energy provides prompt service to their client (within 3 hours) - technician show up at home. (3) efficient, knowledgeable, well skilled technician. any one can count on them.

    Furnace Service

    Installers Daryl and Chris are excellent workers and are very personable.... Mike Walker got things rolling in a very prompt manner and provided a good oversight of the products and capabilities on his visit.

    Furnace repair

    Excellent Service, prompt appointment, professional technician, immediate part delivery same day and next day installation. Worth the protection plan. Both technicians were professional and prompt to our door. Thank you

    Water tank

    We Had a leaky rental hot water tank, they came to fix it and left it worse. We had to shut off the hot water and were told someone would call the next day for installation of a new one. When nobody called or showed we called them. They said it would be a week before we got a new one - a whole 8 days without hot water. Then we cancelled with them and they sheduled to pick up tank on Wednesday. They never showed. We rescheduled for Friday. They never showed. Then told us when we called AGAIN we could reschedule or drop it off ourselves. We spoke to supervisors, customer care, it didn't matter. They refused to even credit us the time without the tank and said we have to pay to have the tank wether in use or not. What world do these people live in? I don't know how they have an 8 star average on this site.

    gas leaking related to the Water Heater

    To Direct Energy Home Services Outstanding technician Mike did an excellent job. He efficiently found where gas was leaking and effectively repaired the pipe that connects our rental Water Heater. He is polite and has a great work ethic.     Furnace Install

    The Energy Management Consultant Brian was not feeling well at all but nevertheless got out of his bed and came to our home to assist us (but kept at a distance to hopefully not infect us - which he did not). In my opinion he went beyond the call of duty to ensure we got heat when the temperature dipped below freezing this past week. Our sincere thanks to him and also the installers who did a superb job for us once again (the same people were involved when our air conditioner failed the hottest day of the summer a couple of months ago.) Installations of new equipment were very timely and efficiently done.
