    Rental Water Heater Service

    The service I received was excellent. The technician who came was, and always is, a pleasure to deal with. He fully explained everything he did and is, as always, pleasant and helpful!

    Service

    The service technician, Mr. Rashid Iqbal, was knowledgeable. He was polite and professional in his approach and explained the results of his findings after completion of the service. He even vacuumed the interior and exterior( and nearby surroundings) which impressed me. Thank you direct energy.

    Hot Water Tank Rental

    Customer service worst I have ever experienced. I agreed to enter a rental agreement for a new hot water tank in August 2014. When I signed up they agreed to give me a $200 pre-paid mastercard for being a new customer. Four months later the mastercard is nowhere in sight. I have called at least 10 times over the last 4 months, I have to tell my story every time and the response is like a broken record "we'll look into it and call you back" - never once have I received a return call. Finally I asked for the call to be escalated to a supervisor - guess what no call back. During one call I was somehow disconnected 3 times, having to call back and repeat the story each time. At this point I wish there was some way for them to remove the hot water tank so I could go with another company. DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Furnace not turning on

    Heat was not working. DE booked a same day appointment. Vince came right on time and replaced the blower motor and heat sensor. He also explained how to use residual duct heat to help heat the house. All covered through maintenance program. It doesn't get any better than that!

    furnace maintenance

    when I called because my hot water wasn't working I was told between 7-11 pm someone would come . although I was really hoping it would be earlier I was just happy that someone could come at all. I then around 3:00 received a call asking if there was any way the service man could come earlier! I was trilled that they called me to see if they could come early as appose to just keeping the original time. They ended up coming for 4:00 instead of 7-11.. I was so happy. The man who came was fantastic, knowledgeable, very friendly and overall fixed our issue. Thank you again for the assistance and happy holidays.

    furnace motor fixed

    I wish to extend my thanks and appreciation to direct energy for sending out an efficient and knowledgeable tech to my home yesterday morning. he addressed the main problem i had and also diagnosed a defective furnace motor. he ordered a replacement motor right away. it was delivered to my home by late pm yesterday and the tech, Eamonn Gaynor, returned and installed it before my dinner time. thank you.

    furance maintaince

    the technician was great!!! i didn't realize that the filter in the furnace was a temporary one which came with the furnace when it was installed a few years ago. he explained how this was making the furnace work harder and provided two regular filters instead. I'm glad that i called to have it cleaned. otherwise i would have never known. many thanks!!!! if anyone requires fast, reliable service, call direct energy!!!

    water tank fixed

    i called at 7 pm about a broken water heater. i got an appointment the next morning. the repair man arrived and made an appointment for the next day because he needed a part. he came as scheduled and did the repair in a professional manner.

    water tank leaking

    Appointment was forecasted between 9:00 am and1:00 pm. Alex arrived at 9:45 am. He as very courteous, projected professionalism and was very knowledgeable. He also offered valuable information and suggestions to improve my hot water system. Please convey my thought to Alex.

    furance no heat

    when i first called i spoke to Curtis, who was excellent with addressing all my concerns and scheduling a service call. tech arrived within 2 hours from the time i called. excellent service. Keep up the good work.
