I had a toilet problem I called enercare and Louie the technician was at my house within 2 hours. He provided great service and he was very courteous. I strongly recommend enercare and Louie the technician.

I had Ryan as the electrician. He was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The appointment was booked for the next day and he arrived on time. I would highly recommend Enercare for any electrical job and will ask for Ryan again.

I had a small furnace fire last Friday at roughly 6am and luckily, the smoke alarms woke us out of our sleep to let us know. My furnace was toast, and I needed a new one fast as the temperatures were about to drop to -14 degrees that night. I called Enercare once the fire department and Enbridge gas left my home and gave the all-clear. Frank came out to see me at roughly 10am the same day to provide us with choices on installing a new furnace. My family and I were still shaken up by the fire and Frank was kind, patient and compationate. When I learned that the installers from Enercare would be at my home to install a new furnace and AC (the smoke had affected that too), in two hours I was blown away! Fast forwarding to later that evening, I had a brand-new furnace and AC installed and most importantly, the peace of mind that I was in great hands and we werent going to be cold that night without heat. I cant thank Enercare enough. From the sympathetic representative that answered my phone call and understood the urgency of my request, to the installers that put in the extra care to ensure my new furnace was installed safety and efficiently. Thank you Enercare!

Enercare owes us money and has been giving us the run around. They have no intentions of paying us. We have been attempting to rectify this for over 4 months. I will be taking this to a lawyer at this point. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

David came to our house today & was very pleasant, nice & efficient. Resolved all our plumbing issues quickly & efficiently. Would recommend David to anyone.

I have never had a bad experience in all the years I have had Enercare service. My recent issue was a plumbing issue and Chris was clearly very knowledgeable and was able to come up with a solution for a very difficult problem that was not easy to fix due to the location of the pipe.....basically he was able to fix the leak by coming up with a clever solution. I was impressed with his ingenuity in coming up with a good solution, so would not hesitate to recommend him.

My parents are elders and we're taken advantage of . They called emecare for their furnace. An emecare worker told them that they needed a new furnace. They got quited 7 grand ! The furnace was tagged, which at that point, it is legally mandatory to change. My parents got a 2nd opinion. They were informed by the 2nd party that the furnace was fine ! It however now that it was tagged. My parents were left with buying a new furnace for no reason. They baught the furnace from the 2nd party for $4,000. We are extremely disappointed!!!
