Lightning fast, 2 tech guys came in to remove old water tank and installed a new one in 30 minutes. One thing I like to mention, I had too much stuff on the floor, one guy took out a small water pump, all water removed from tank to laundry sink, floor was completely dry. Very impressive!But one thing I want to get is an installation notice or contract I accidently deleted. I was never able to retrieve the notice, I wish Enercare can send me a replacement of that notice as a proof of installation of a new tank and date.

My heating stopped working. I called Enercare and signed up for their program recognizing that I would have limited coverage for 10days. The service tech arrived on schedule and notified me that I a needed a $900 control panel for which I would pay $400 + a service cost. I agreed to the terms and was informed the part would be delivered later that day or the following morning. It never arrived and my heating has now been off for over 36 hours. The customer vice desk is no help and very difficult to understand. I should have used a local company and had the problem fixed the same day.

Lost heat on a cold Feb. day and because I purchased the Enercare Heating Plan...called and had the problem fixed on site and the awesome tech. even had the part in his truck all at no extra cost because of the Protection Plan..highly recommend the Heating Plan.

My house had Gas heater problem, and I called this company. The technician "Mohan" came the same day, and he was very professional. He resolved the issue within a few minutes, explained everything in detail. I am greatly satisfied with their service.

Enercare Barrie service technicians always provide courteous and professional service, taking the time to explain what is being done. During this year's annual furnace service it was determined the heat exchange unit need to be replaced and the unit was red tagged. Over the past 3 days I had the pleasure of meeting other members of the Barrie team and it reinforced my opinion about the quality and professionalism of the Enercare Barrie team. Thanks to Jay, (Energy Management Consultant), Evan and Darren (installation) and service technicians Matt and unknown who diagnosed and replaced a defective electronic board. From sales to service, the process was stress-free. Each took the time to answer my many questions and took the time to program the new thermostat. Look forward to the installation of the new AC unit in the spring!

We were contacted that our water heater was close to end of life, and we were eligible for a free replacement. We booked the appointment over the phone, and the customer service representative was kind, quick, and helped us book an appointment the next day within 5-10 minutes. The service technician called and gave us a heads up, and was quick to replace our old water heater, while answering any questions and concerns we had about the replacement.

Replaced an older NG Hot Water Tank which had developed a problem with a down draft in a passive exhaust system through chimney. As a result the pilot flame kept blowing out. This was a rental unit. Replaced with a Rinnai tankless system, also a rental unit. A photo is attached. In case you are wondering, the intake and Exhaust is next to a window which is fixed and non-opening. Although the cost is about $54 per month, the savings in gas should off-set the higher cost because I no longer have to pay for the natural gas to keep the water in the tank hot all day long. Probably better for the environment too. The Enercare team were all pros and they knew their trade. New gas fitting, plumbing, and electrical was done. All is well again and we have hot water once again. I recommend Enercare.

The plumber, Mr. Cirton, is very friendly and efficient. My husband and I are very grateful that he fixed the issue with our shower drain. Also, in providing some advice to prevent the clogging of the shower drain. I definitely would recommend him. Please extend our regards and gratitude to him.

When I called with a concern, a technician arrived that same afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and diagnosed the problem. The next day he showed up and replaced the damaged part. Very impressed.

I called Enercare for a furnace issue, got an appointment the next day. A good technician came on time and promptly diagnosed the problem and ordered a part for replacement. The following day, I received the part by courier and another appointment was made to install it. The technician called "Charlie" came and install it and he looked so confident and did a very meticulous job. Thanks Charlie, and thanks Enercare
