The person who came to assess our hot water tank was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Direct Energy had our hot water tank installed and working in such a clean and efficient manner.

Both the technicians were very friendly, they explained all l needed to know. My furnace is old so they also spent time explaining my options available to replace my unit. The work completed was covered under an annual maintenance plan. Having that plan saved me what could have been an expensive repair.

He was very personable, courteous and although he could not finish the job on the first visit as there were a few issues, he was very accommodating on re booking a time that worked for our schedule.
