The Technicians as with most of the recent techs have been really great and a big reason i would not look anywhere else. Your Value comes from the work of these people and the people on the phone desk. If I have a bad experience. The worth of my protection plan would diminish greatly.

I had 3 separate appointments this week. 1- furnace maintenance...technician was thorough and professional. 2- plumber...Mike was excellent...friendly, professional, knowledgeable. 3- electrician..Dave was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely friendly, professional, highly competent. I would welcome any of these three back in my home any time. Outstanding.

The tech is very knowledgeable and walk me thru his findings about the condition of the furnace. I appreciate his time of letting me understand safety issues and savings if I will invest replacing it with a high efficiency new furnace.

The technician came and fixed the problem quickly and he gave me a call back number in case I had any more problems that weekend, but i didn't.Thank you Direct Energy!

Call # 1 stated my original concern - no heat in my home, but not sure if a thermostat or furnace concern. Appointment booked for later that day. Called back as I was not certain if technician would be able To install thermostat (if that was problem) or if I needed an electrician; service rep went through my plan and made me aware and comfortable with what would and could happen during the visit to restore heat to my home.

Arrived within the time span given. Left area neat and clean on completion of work. Answered all the dumb questions asked by client (me) in a pleasant and knowledgeable manner. Glad I had the home heating protection plan because without it the cost would have been over $1000.

Service tech (Jared ) was outstanding, pleasure to have this individual in my house conducting his work. Found the problem(s), and resolved each in a highly efficient manner. He is a superb representative for your company.

From the 1st phone call to make the appt. to the completed job that was done by the technician I would say it was a job well done and I am very satisfied..

The whole process of purchasing our new furnace and the Protection Plan went very well. The installers were very informative, courteous and very, very efficient in their work. Thank you.
