Our hot water heater failed and water was starting to flood the basement. We were going on vacation the next day so it had to be fixed that day. We called your service department and explained the situation, They booked a service call for the afternoon, but Jeff who was near by came about an hour later. He determine the tank needed replacement and plugged the tank for replacement. The installers was fast and efficient and the tank was really in use. That was great service.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Omar and he was extremely helpful. I would certainly look forward to calling in again as it seems that the personnel that you have on board are all very well trained in customer service. I think you should give this man a raise as he was that helpful. :)

The work was not completed on the first visit as a part had to be ordered. The part was delivered that evening and the work was completed. Very very happy with Direct Energy and the Service Technician. Thank you

I am happy with the service I received. It turned out to be a plumbing problem after all, not a water heater problem. The Service Technician explained the problem to me and how to resolve it.

Servicemen were very fast, clean and even fixed a hole in the existing duct ( as well as adding some tape to prevent any leakage near the filter area ).
