The service tech's name was Frank. He was very diligent and worked hard the whole time he was at my house. He took special time to make sure the boiler was cleaned thoroughly and correctly. He installed and checked other parts. He explained every step as he was doing it. Frank should be commended by his supervisor! I thought that he was a great employee for your company. Annual boiler cleaning is included in my heating protection plan of $30/mo but would cost about $125 otherwise.

I called about no hot water in hot water heater and the person i talked to was very professional and got me an appointment on the same day to look at it. And the technician came, very professional and it was fixed. I am very happy with the service.

Two people (David and Alex) who worked well together, very methodical, cleaned up after they were finished and put things back in place. They were friendly and answered any questions that i asked, very helpful and polite. I would recommended for a job well done.
