The two servicemen who did the job at my home were a fantastic representative of your company ..... they were on time, very courteous and knowledgeable in their job and answered any questions or concerns l might have had.

Can't think of anything l would suggest for improvement on. Service was what I expected from start to finish. Good job .. keep up the great work! Thank you Direct Energy!

I was contacted by DE as part of my maintenance plan. Overall the phone service was good. The young lady was courteous and arranged an appointment time convenient for me. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Upon inspection of the pressure value he immediately called in for service appointment and explained how that worked. DE technician for the pressure valve replacement arrived on time and completed the job. I was very satisfied with both technicians. Both were very professional, friendly and respectful of my home.

The two service men were extremely courteous and friendly to my mother who was at my house during the installation. They cleaned up everything, which was really surprised me as l was expecting to do a lot of work when l got home from work that evening. A very pleasant surprise. Thank you.

We recently had our furnace installed through Direct Energy Home Services with the installation done by Perry Mechanical in Oshawa. As a homeowner I am very satisfied with the work completed and would highly recommend their services. Great job.

HORRIBLE customer service. Crystal and another supervisor were RUDE. Refused to be helpful and actually extremely snooty. Upset because no one could help us get hot water for 4 days. I want to exasperate how RUDE crystal and another supervisor were. Snobby snooty unhelpful. They're supposed to be "customer service supervisors" yet I received no helpful service whatsoever and I've been with the company for over 15 years. Done with DirectEnergy

The technician was very informative and they went over and above, what l even expected them to do. They did everything to avoid breaking the drywall. Very impressed. Thank you!
