My issues were resolved within 2 hours of making the call to Direct Energy. I awoke to a leaking water heater and called Direct Energy at 7:00 am. It was fixed by 9:00...AND it was on a holiday too! Most impressive! Thank you Direct Energy !!

The technician's name was Andrew, He was polite, presentable, knowledgeable and fixed the problem with care and patience. He is good to have around in case there will be a problem with me or other customers.

A part was needed which was ordered before the technician left the house and an appointment was set up to have it installed the next day. The part was delivered the same day and ready for the technician to install. Very well executed

The only reason my inquiry was not completed on the first call, was the rep had to check with scheduling in order to fit me in on the same day l called. I had no hot water at a rental property and needed it fixed the same day. The rep did exactly what they said they would do and called me back to inform me he/she could fit me in. I really appreciated it and feel Direct Energy has certainly improved over the last time l dealt with you 5 years ago.
