The gentleman who serviced our furnace was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and didn't get upset about the lack of parking on our street. He took an inordinate amount of pride in his work - carefully explaining what he'd done and how the system was functioning. No one has ever bothered to do that before. I was delighted to find out that our seven-year old furnace is in perfect knick. This serviceman, single-handedly, has restored my faith in Direct Energy.
