The technician that came to my home was very knowledgeable and arrived at 3 pm sharp. He also took the time to explain exactly what the problem was. Thank you.

I had called in to book my annual furnace cleaning and on the same call I also ended up signed up for the furnace protection plan, Thank you very much.

Disgusting service from DE. My appt was from 2-6 pm technician only came in @ 7:30. No apology or anything from de . I was told that I should request early morning appointment s. Got a confirmation email however the appointment time was changed without my knowledge. Tina / Walton did nothing to help me. Total disregard of my time

On the first visit the service tech cleaned the burners but the problem then happened again so another tech came back and replaced the burner..the second tech ordered the burner and came back with it that afternoon and put the new one in....very impressive..thank you

This was an excellent service! My sales person was "Mizra Beg" and I wanted to thank him for his excellent team. I was also very happy with the installers Lenny, Frank and Ali, Yaman (Admore Comfort) they did a fabulous job. Thank you Direct Energy!

Only issue was the length of time it took to get through to a rep. The tech was excellent, late getting here due to back log but worked to 11:00pm to fix issue. On his advice we purchased the above protection plan.

I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE SERVUCE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME TO MY HOME WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 24. I NOW HAVE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF HOW MY HEATING SYSTEM AND DIGITAL THERMOSTAT FUNCTION. HE IS A GOOD TEACHER. THE WHOLE PROCESS OF BUYING AND HAVING MY NEW FURNACE INSTALLED IN JUNE 2014 WAS A OKAY !! THE SALESMAN JAY WAS MOST, MOST PLEASANT AND NON-AGRESSIVE. VERY UPBEAT YOUNG MAN. THE INSTALLERS WERE PLEASANT AND HARD WORKERS, MOST EFFICIENT. YES, I WOULD INDEED RECOMMEND DIRECT ENERGY. THANK YOU 10

Just want to say this service guy went above the call of duty, putting up with a few belligerent tenants, spent time cleaning and taking apart the furnace and explaining what he was doing..Very professional. Thank you perry fuels.

The technician and the crew that came out to replace my water heater were extremely professional and they did an amazing job. I am incredibly satisfied with the work they did and I will recommend Direct Energy to everyone I know.

Your telephone representative that booked this maintenance was professional and courteous while explaining everything I needed to know. Your technician, Stan showed up promptly and diagnosed the issue instantaneously. He advised he would be back the following day in order to complete the repair. However he called me approximately 2 hours afterwards advising me that due to a cancellation he had personally picked up the part required for the repair and could come to complete the repair. I highly recommend your services and your agents deserve a pat on the back.
