Terrible company. Got a F rating from BBB for reason. Signed up for home cooling/heating maintenance plan. Service person was fine but we are moving and no longer require their service. First call they said ok, will cancel but still charge us anyways. 2nd call says we cannot cancel have to pay till next year. We are not even going to be in this house. BEWARE, DO NOT USE THEM.

while we had some water on the floor in same room as furnace from a recent storm,i didn't think water around furnace was from that. i was told water around by technician is from old air conditioning system damaging top of our brand new furnace. air conditioning system had leaked before so i feel technician was right. it is reassuring to know furnace is ok to use as weather has turned cold.fast service i have used this company for many years and always been satisfied with service provided.

Kudos to the technician who came to my home and did the repair. He phones 15 minutes before his arrival and was at the start of my time window. I got to enjoy the evening to myself.

It was wonderful to get such excellent service from the time I made the appointment to the completion of the work by your service technician. It is very rare that you get such service from a company as large as Direct Energy.

Although I requested a direct energy technician a contracted technician showed up. He identified himself right away and said he would call dispatch and advise them of the mistake so they could have a Direct Energy technician come out instead. He was very polite and nice so I asked him if he was any good, he said one of the best. With his reply I decided to let him do what was expected. Low and behold, this technician was one of the most excellent I have ever had. He was friendly, knowledgeable, he left the work area as it was when he first started, He was the perfect gentleman and technician. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a good technician and a good representation of Direct Energy. Thank you for sending such a fantastic person, much appreciated.

The technician who came to our home this year was excellent!!! Not only did he take the CO2 measure from inside the house, but also from the outside. He was a very good and thorough technician.
